So, now is the time to write your individual letters of objection.

Get you friends, family even your dog to write. We really do appreciate that it's a lot of work. You are busy with your own lives.

But if this proposal goes ahead and this plant is build, it is going to shake your lives to the very foundations. Nothing will be un-affected by this abomination.

You, your children, and yes, even your dog, will be touched by the toxins coming from the plant.

Everything will be affected by the contant stream of huge trucks carrying the waste to feed this monster.

And, it is not just us.

This is not just the Capel incinerator. All of South East Surrey and West Sussex is going to be DIRECTLY harmed by this plant. No one is immune, no one safe.

How to go about writing.

A hand written letter carries more weight and each should be different. Three letter form the same family carry three times as much weight than one letter signed by three people. What we're looking to do is swamp the descision makers with your objections. And if you can face it, write more than once, different letters with different objections.

The following links will give you some of the facts you need to create your letters. This is designed to be typical content, though much better if you can put this in your own words.

Please write to the Planning Manager to register your deep concerns and objections to an incinerator being built at the Clockhouse site in Capel. Your letter(s) or email(s) should be in your own words and style. Please select from the points on this fact sheet and also add any of your own.
