Members Of the Planning and Regulatory Committee at Surrey County CouncilThe Planning and Regulatory Committee is the body that considers and determines planning applications for waste management facilities in Surrey . In due course it may determine a planning application for a mass-burn incinerator at Clockhouse Brickworks, Capel. Currently Surrey County Council expect this to be in June 2008.
